Master Peace Collection bio

The MasterPeace Collection was birthed from a vision to reclaim the arts for Christ. Through art, we not only desire to give Jesus an honored place but also His rightful place. We believe that the highest expression of our creativity is to use it as a celebration of our wonder, devotion, delight, and praise to the One who made us in His own image. Throughout the MasterPeace Collection, you will discover this vision in our artists and through their work. Our artists do not view their work as simply a job to do but as a calling to fulfill. One of our artists, Scott Kennedy, has said, "I paint because I feel that is what God wants me to do with the talent He s given me. It s not only a pleasure but also an act of reverence to paint what I see around me." The MasterPeace Collection published its first painting in 1988. In a penetrating way, this first image not only proclaimed the power of Christ, but also the power of prayer. Prayer has been and remains a vital part of the work we do. Each artist is not directed by a marketing plan but is encouraged to seek the Master s plan. We want each painting in our collection to be the result of the artist seeking God s direction through answered prayer. Through prayer we believe that the heart of God can touch the heart of an artist so that, through the brush of the artist, God can touch the hearts of others. We are so thankful that God has allowed us to work with gifted artists who have given their hearts to God. When God has our hearts He has everything, and from our hearts can flow rivers of His creativity. Rivers of living water are life giving, and that is the goal we have for each painting we release. We want the paintings in the MasterPeace Collection to be more than works of art to decorate—we want them to be works of art that minister; we want them to be more than beautiful pictures that move the emotions—we want them to be expressions of truth that reach the heart; we want them to be more than images that reveal the talents of the artist—we want them to be life changing images that reveal the beauty of Jesus. It is our prayer that lives will be changed through this collection and that its impact will reach into homes, offices, and churches throughout the country. It is also our prayer that God will use the MasterPeace Collection to bless your life in a very special way. More About The MasterPeace Collection View MasterPeace Products in our online store.
