Dom Corona bio
At five, Dom visited Walt Disney World for the first time. The trip not only sparked a lifelong love for the parks, but taking a pencil to his autograph book, Dom drew his first Mickey. As his love for Disney grew, so did his dream. During a trip to Hollywood Studios in 2008, an artist drew him Donald Duck, adding, perhaps prophetically, the words “To Dominick, future Disney artistâ€. From here, a goal was planted, that would blossom headlong into the future. After his Disney College Program in 2016, he returned to New York and set out to build a portfolio of large scale pieces. As for his creative journey and work so far, Dom says “I input what inspires me—my output is usually Mickey Mouseâ€. Dom’s work encapsulates the magic of Disney with his vibrant style. His work oozes with textured brush strokes while his keen eye for color creates an explosive and unique style. Spending years painting non-stop, he simultaneously grew his online following. When he realized the expansive response to his work, he was more eager than ever to make his childhood dream of becoming a Disney artist a reality.
