E-Gift Cards from The Collection Shop are exclusively available for purchase through PayPal, in increments of $100.00. To send an E-Gift Card to a recipient whose address differs from your PayPal billing address, please select a separate shipping address during checkout. Ensure this address is registered with PayPal, as all items purchased with the E-Gift Card must be delivered to the shipping address on file. **Please Note ** One Order per shipping address.

2. E-Gift Card Delivery:
Upon completing your E-Gift Card purchase through PayPal, a representative from The Collection Shop will reach out to confirm your order. Following confirmation, you will receive an email containing the E-Gift Card code along with detailed redemption instructions. While E-Gift Cards are usually delivered electronically within minutes, please allow up to 24 hours for delivery in some cases.

3. E-Gift Card Redemption:
To redeem an E-Gift Card, recipients are encouraged to contact our gallery directly for personalized assistance. By speaking with one of our knowledgeable agents, we aim to provide a seamless and enhanced experience, guiding you through the E-Gift Card redemption process with care and expertise.

4. E-Gift Card Expiry:
Our E-Gift Cards are valid for one year from the purchase date, giving recipients plenty of time to explore and select their desired treasures. Please note that E-Gift Cards must be redeemed in a single transaction, after which the card will no longer be valid.

5. Non-Transferable:
E-Gift Cards are exclusively intended for use by the purchaser or the designated recipient associated with the shipping address, if specified. They are non-transferable and not eligible for resale.

6. Non-Refundable:
E-Gift Card purchases are final and considered non-refundable. Once purchased, the value cannot be exchanged for cash, and if the card is lost or stolen, it cannot be replaceable. Restrictions: Gift Cards may not be redeemable for Layaways or Purchases made via PayPal or Amazon.
Gift cards purchases can not be cancelled once issued.
Lost or Stolen Cards: If a gift card is lost or stolen, it cannot be replaced.

7. Lost or Stolen E-Gift Cards:
Please be mindful that The Collection Shop cannot be held liable for lost or stolen E-Gift Cards. We kindly advise you to treat your E-Gift Card code with the utmost care, as you would with cash.

8. Delivery to PayPal Shipping Address:
When redeeming E-Gift Cards, kindly note that that purchase must be delivered to the shipping address associated with E-Gift Card and PayPal Shipping Address.

9. Returns, Refunds and Damages:
If items purchased using an E-Gift Card are subsequently returned, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original E-Gift Card.
